CEO & Founder
Robin has been working in tech for 20 years and delivering product for 15 years, both at start-ups you’ve never heard of and big companies like ebay and Tripadvisor. She's been the first product manager in the door, establishing ways of working where there was none, and large publicly traded companies, where she led teams of product managers.
Wil Procter
Head of learning
Head of Learning at The Product Refinery, Wil has been working in digital learning since the early 2000s designing digital learning experiences and building learning teams to solve the interesting problems that arise when learning and technology meet.

Dharmesh Raithatha
Product Coach
Dharmesh has extensive product leadership and coaching experience in a broad range of product led tech companies from early stage startups (AccurX, Fy, Koru Kids, Lyst, Second Nature, Selina, Sendcloud) to much larger organisations (Lyst, BBC).
Guy Walker
Product Coach
Guy has 8+ years experience in Product Management within organisations such as Lucidworks, McDonald's and Ocado Technology. He is a proven coach working with Product Managers and Leaders to help promote agile hardware development.
Jayson Robinson
Product Coach
Over the past decade spent in product, Jayson has worked with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise. He was part of the M&S team that launched their online food business, before transitioning to growth product at Toptal, and scaling their growth product org by 5x. He is currently Director of Growth Product at BairesDev.
