(“TPR”). You agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You agree that it is enforceable as if it were a written negotiated agreement signed by You. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, You may not engage with, access, download and/or use the TPR Services.
If You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, You hereby represent that You have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the term “You” shall be construed to refer to such entity. You and TPR agree as follows:

We are a limited company registered in England and Wales (Reg. No. 11115287). Our registered office is located at Silverstream House, 4th Floor, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, England, W1T 6EB.
This Agreement commences upon the date You submit payment for services and continues until the date of your last session with Your Coach, at which point this Agreement is considered terminated.
The Product Refinery reserves the right to cancel This Agreement if you breach these terms and conditions, with or without notice and without further obligation to you. We also reserve the right to cancel your Program without refund in the event of any verbal or written abuse of any kind (including abusive, offensive or aggressive language) directed towards a coach or any other member of our team.
We accept payment via online payment or by invoice (payable by bank transfer within 30 days). Local VAT/tax may apply according to your country of residence.
For online payments, The Product Refinery uses the 3rd party service Stripe for secure online credit card payments. As a third party service, Stripe ensures the security of your payment. Please refer to Stripe to read more about the services specifically.
Payment for services are due in advance of services rendered. Should an invoice be outstanding, Your coach is not obligated to provide any services until the outstanding invoice is paid in full.

All coaches are independent contractors and not employees of TPR. When you sign these T&Cs, you are signing them with regards to the program you've agreed with Your assigned coach.
Once you are matched with a coach, the coach will outline the specific terms of using, rescheduling and cancelling sessions with them. Each coach has their own terms as it pertains to using sessions, and The Product Refinery has no input into these terms. We encourage you to clarify these terms with your coach in advance of signing these T&Cs. If you are not able to come to an agreement on these terms with your coach and wish to be matched with a different coach, please let us know.
You must use the provided communication channels for all contact with your coach. You may not engage your coach’s services in any capacity other than that facilitated by The Product Refinery, for 12 months following the termination of this Agreement, without written permission.
We take your safety and security very seriously. If at any time you feel there is an issue with your Coach that requires attention, You may contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch to discuss, address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
