For over a decade, Kate has worked to bring people together by helping to deepen user engagement on Kiva.org, Strava, Facebook, and Slack. With a background in marketing and data analytics, Kate brings a unique perspective to product management by thinking of the full customer journey and leveraging data to make the right decisions for users.

Kate has been coaching product managers and analysts since 2018 and specializes in building core cross-functional skills, up-leveling growth strategies, and building frameworks that simplify complex decision-making. Kate’s clients appreciate her collaborative approach to addressing growth areas and her creative questions that help unearth new possibilities for their products and careers.

When not working on growing product engagement, Kate can be found exploring the cognitive science of happiness and teaching fitness classes to new moms.
