James is a product leader with over 10+ years experience in product between multiple sectors including finance, travel, ecommerce and media. Having first hand experience working in scale ups, small to large corporates in B2C and B2B roles. He's created and managed teams at companies like Booking.com and Reach Plc where he looked after large scale, high impact products, whilst also launching new to market products within established businesses. Utilising a lean, hypothesis based approach James has grown pivoted poorly performing products into high return functions and built successful teams in business not typically product lead. He is currently Head of Product at Reach, the UK's largest media organisation and consults and coaches on the side.
James got into coaching and mentoring because he loves seeing people empower themselves in challenging environments. He describes himself as a mindful product person, focusing on helping you achieve your own answers and outcomes and firmly believes that we all have good intent, even when our goals conflict.
Its not uncommon to find James on the wilds of the Yorkshire moors, clocking up the miles near his hometown or out in nature in his Campervan.
